DEPOSITS
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits are applied toward your final service total.
CANCELLATIONS
Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
LATE ARRIVALS
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule or modify their service to accommodate the remaining appointment time.
NO-SHOWS
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice may require full prepayment before future appointments can be booked.
SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS
If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact The Cut Room CLT within 7 days of your appointment. We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns and provide appropriate adjustments when applicable.
REFUNDS
Services rendered are non-refundable. Deposits are non-refundable. Retail product returns may be accepted on unopened products within 7 days of purchase.
CHILDREN & ADDITIONAL GUESTS
To maintain a relaxing and professional environment, only clients receiving services should attend appointments unless prior arrangements have been made.
HEALTH & SAFETY
Clients experiencing contagious illnesses are asked to reschedule their appointments.
